The Bridge is an Italian firm of San Pietro Mussolino, in the heart of Vicenza's hills,
that with a particular creative research lasted 2 years, has given the origin in 1994 to the first completely Italian 'Rice Milk',
packed in the Tetrapak. This new idea has spring from our sensitivity to the production of natural-based food,
which is followed by a controlled organic cycle.
For assuring that, all our products are tested and guaranteed by ICEA (ITALIAN ISTITUTE FOR THE ETHICS AND
ENVIRONMENT CERTIFICATION), who are checking as per the European Community standards, the origin
of basic material derived from natural growing which don't use any chemical fertilizers neither any kind of additives.
This food is born after a production study which enable, with technological instruments, to obtain a natural
and equilibrated product, allowing to everybody a healthy sustaining.
The "SANA" organic fair, which take place in Bologna in September, has launched in 1995 the BIO RICE DRINK,
widely appreciated by the specialists of the organic field.
Our company, further to produce the Bio Rice Drink, is engaged in the development of new products. From this research,
we have developed our BIO RICE DRINK in three different other flavours, for satisfying more and more our
wide and attentive clients. Bio Rice drink with roasted barley ready for breakfast with fragrant barley flavour
Bio Rice drink with Vanilla excellent as chilled drink to use in all the moments
Bio Rice drink with Almond paste from Sicily origin which give energy and a good providing of calcium.
In 1999, thanks to the engagement of our firm in the research, is born the first completely
Italian 'Oat Milk' , BIO AVENA DRINK excellent for the cold periods. The aim of realization of this site is to increase
the knowing of our products in Italy and abroad offering a new FOOD STYLE.
